Sunrise. Hot muggy night shows a sky of waffle patterned clouds in an orange, white, and blue batter.

Identity, personal witness, one-of-a-kind visions and dreams, original intelligence... what words are for.

Something new this morning...

Words of hope, healing, and restoration; how will they ever get through the algorithmic fogscape called the Internet?

Persistence, hard work, and faith in good people is the answer.

...

People who use AI to do their writing for them disgusts me. They're not worth their humanity.

The ability to make and weave words is what makes us human. We're monkeys without words.

If a famous well-respected concert pianist and composer decided instead of writing and playing a new piece of music, they'd just let AI write and play one for them; we'd all call it fraud.

The act of writing is a kind of music playing. Sharing words is sharing songs.

To call in some help from one of my colleagues to say it better (Thanks, Walt): Sharing words is sharing The Song of Yourself.

I still believe a love letter is the greatest use of language.

Everything ultimately human is in those words. Life and what life is for and about all finds itself in every word of every letter of love.

All the best writing is an act of love. Even a recipe is a note from a cook to themselves or others how to create something they love so it can be shared and enjoyed again.

Because we love life and want best to understand the world so we can have a better relationship with The Universe... is the reason for every Scientific act of writing.

This poet's morning journal shared is a love letter to the power of language itself. A reminder for a fascinated by what's artificial world, what writing is actually for: to make human experience shareable regardless of time.
