Good morning, The Wonderfell Way.

What more to say?

Hello is always a good start. O/

Hope all's well.

On with our show...

Transition Day, something in the air.

The sometimes steady wind claps oak leaves together like hands cheering on a new air conditioner.

A strong sign of Autumn.

Sweatshirt hoodies, long-sleeve stay warm from the wind... flannel weather, kaleidoscopic foliage fest on the way weather.

Get a poet talking about the weather and it rains and it pours metaphors.

There's always something going on with the world for a juxtaposition.

It's the same in stories as it is with your life.

There are always two major characters in any story. Not a Hero and a Villain, a Hero and The World.

The story's scenery has its own character arc that coincides with its protagonist.

The quality of the hero's and world's stories determines the quality of, and success of, every story.

Writer's have rules and ways up every whazoo to help create strong character arcs, yet it's never taught (till now) to apply those teachings to The World of the story itself.

The whole World is an extended metaphorical reflection of what's happening with the Hero.

Just like your own life.

Your relationships to everything in your life, your world if you will, defines your life.

Change what something means to you and you change its place in your story.

The props in our life we focus on are the things that affect the story of our lives the most.

We bring in more of what we build.

We get what we give.

And what we always give is a quality of relationship.

Give something your gratitude and more relationships worth being grateful for show-up.

It's one reason it's so important to love something. It brings more things to love back to you.

Careful, though it works for negative feelings, too.

If you're focused on your dislike of a thing, well... you get what you give.

This is why it's so important we start to emphasize what is good about us.

All this bad news only creates and invites more bad news.

"We can't just wish it away, Wynn."
-Concerned Reader.

True. But we can focus on the opportunity to heal it, to not shrug our shoulders, make a lewd sarcastic comment, but to offer a solution from a place of concern.

Good news breeds good news.

The good news about bad news is we can do something about it.

It's time to be heroes of our lives, stop focusing on the unfairness of things, start acting to improve them in a spirit of a shared simple morality rooted in goodwill.

Take care, give well, receive well and make wonderful this wonderful day.
