Good morning, Twfw. O/

June turns to July and says goodbye with a wave of heat.

Slow words wrote indicate a lot on one's mind. Dreams need to settle like ivory flakes in a snow-globe before the whole scene can be seen.

Updates to the site's aesthetic are underway. Easy on the eyes, bite-size chunks of literary bytes is the aim.

...

America celebrates 250 years of our experiment in freedom. So many civilized cultures in the world view us the way parents roll their eyes at teenagers.

I'd like to change that image; The News Media's not much help.

Two and a half centuries, what have we learned?

Us versus them politics and policies lead to suffering on the streets.

Government is not a team sport; it's a team effort.

History shows that. AI bots preach that. So what's up, Washington?

When did D.C. start standing for The District of Contradiction?

Debates left the floors of The Senate for childish, No you didn't... Yes, I did bickering.

Playground antics and not the progress of the people is on the whole docket of D.C.'s business lately.

Get the grown-ups left in Congress some megaphones.

Bah... this journal's not a place for politics, but something needs to be said and done about the current state of politics in America.

The adults in our Country need to band together, flick the classroom lights, and get the Government to return to their seats and do their actual work.

Which, to remind them, means focusing on the progress of the people.

Let's get The District of Contradiction back to a place that helps create a home where individual hopes and dreams are safe to prosper.

Over to work on Colore.

Thanks for reading.
