Reading Sunlight
It's why readers tend to have the best lives; practice.

Good morning, Twfw. O/
Gentle sunlight, the cool wind of Autumn. Dawn. Colors change, brown, and leave. Each tree branch sends its children to the world to find a patch of Earth and add new nutrients to it or start a new life.
Our ways, at best, echo nature's. There's always a new metaphor to be made from the Earth's activities. Always a new artistic or scientific conclusion to be gathered and sorted and sketched in a new language.
Have you noticed the same?
Been sharing sunrise writing for years now, one constant hum from our shared star every morning: "Make it new."
The Sun is a master painter, never the same masterpiece twice.
So much Scientific sameness shuns what sunlight does everyday, all day: provide us a new way to see, to sense, to grow and know each other and the world.
Some think machines can write, but the Sun knows better. Each ray of light and every word is a different experience depending on when it's cast and read.
Reading sunlight, what we do all day with our eyes.
It's why readers tend to have the best lives; practice.
It's what we do all day naturally. Color and touch, smell and sound, are their own poetry to decipher and describe with words.
Every interpretation of creation is a new understanding brought to life by the living.
When you say or write a word it means something in a way different than if anyone else does.
Our Scientific idolization of sameness is coming to an end... a result of living with Artificial Intelligence.
Each one of us has something unique and valuable to give to the world. Every sentence uttered or wrote has within it the life and intentions of its creator.
O/ <-- is a good example. The circle-slash means a whole lot more when I write it.
When I first began Wonder Fell years ago, I called it The Ghost quality of language.
We have to use words we've grown uncomfortable with to discuss it properly. Words like spirit and soul.
But just because there's discomfort doesn't take away the reality. O/ Who's waving to you? Why and how is it different when I send you a circle-slash versus another person?
Why and how does it mean something new and different?
The success of humanity now requires us all to have an understanding as to why my O/ is different than one sent to you from someone else.
Words aren't facts; words make facts possible.
Each word holds a simple common understanding of it called its definition. What else is stored in every word is the expression of its living sharer. That expression is what I call The Ghost in Language. Calling it spirit makes too many scientists roll their empirical eyes, even though it's the force that makes their eyes roll.
Thank you again for your consideration.
Congratulations, again, for reading.

Your Friendly Nation-Hood Poet,
