We create.

Regardless how everyday ordinary your activities seem, you're always creating to make them happen.

Habit is just comfort from repetition of the same action.

Every action is a choice. Repeated choices build habits and habitats.

This means you Artist. Show up everyday and work.

The more you do, the more you can do.

Make something everyday.

My answer to why Wonderfell's felt sluggish the past few mornings.

Something else wants writing.

Loveseat lounging daydream daze waiting on the sunshine.

Lola's still in one piece, still takes his time with her.

Change is in the air, on the way, in a big way.

I reach for continuity of thoughts to make this more readable for you, but I must remember this at heart is a morning journal, a record of thoughts at a certain time everyday.

Sometimes journals are choppy, listy, sentences.

The way working artists view life is missing from our Country's overall narrative.

We're still so focused on the clock.

On the hours and not the work itself.

The quality of hours, not the quantity, is how best to measure success.

What you accomplished at work, and not how many hours you spent doing it, is how best to measure the value of a working day.

Time and money, time and money, time and money... bah … do your work well, take pride in it, and time and money will be of more value to you.

It's why there are so many miserable millionaires in the world: Meaningful Work didn't make their fortunes.
