Making Words is Work

Good morning, Twfw. O/
Pink sky, clouds lined up like bread rolls on a baker's rack.
Quite the array of bird songs replaces the quiet of night. Weekend traffic rolls the highway. The first full weekend of calendar Summer.
Wonder how many people planned accordingly, matched their schedules to meet the label 'Summer' in their daily planner?
What's the sense in sunshine? have you ever wondered as much? Perhaps The Sun has its own agenda.
How very inhumane of the star not to put humanity first.
Artists, writers, creative friends, it's a good time to personify The Sun once and awhile. Perhaps you'll try it next time you're feeling uninspired.
Scientist's eyes go wide and heads spin with the possibility of a conscious star at the center of our universe.
What if our Sun writes its own code? Sends it down in sunlight?
Everything we are able to do reflects nature somehow. So what in The Universe does the way The Internet work reflect?
The Sun knows.
Wonder for breakfast. Thanks for joining me.

Artists, just because Artificial Intelligence exists doesn't mean we get to rest. No. If anything it means we've got to step up our game.
AI is no more useful than a life coach with a good set of encyclopedias if we don't keep making it new.
Creative spirits are how the software called AI receives its updates.
Artists are the tech development team for all Artificial Intelligence. Let's make certain artists are paid for their efforts.
I encourage tech developers at present to begin coding ways for artists and creative thinkers to be paid for their contributions to AI's algorithms.
Because that's our future.
If an artist is living they deserve to be compensated anytime humanity uses their work for personal gain.
Something like we do with books... there's a certain amount of time post-mortem before the artist's work becomes free food for AI.
This means language too. Making words is work. For some of us it's hard work and it deserves recognition and compensation.
A writer's voice... the clearer it is the more time and effort they've dedicated to the job. AI just pulling from living authors to use their language to help craft an answer or story is like stealing Van Gogh's brushstrokes to digitally make a picture.
Whenever Grok writes a horror story in the style of Stephen King, it better reimburse Mr. King or our whole way of pay for an honest day of work is about to fall apart.
To not pay the source you profit from is theft.
I don't believe it is the intent of software designers to be thieves, but the way AI is treating living Artists and creative thinkers at present, that is exactly what they are.
