"A Trip to the Library Prevents a Trip to the Hospital"
Imagine a world where a library's code of quiet consideration was the law of the land.

Good morning, Twfw. O/
A safe place for readers.
Imagine a world where a library's code of quiet consideration was the law of the land. The only agency required to enforce the policy was a shush now and then from a friend. A place where whispers are the main means of communication, where peace of mind is placed above all else, a paradise for introverts.
Shock and awe failed as ways to lead a healthy life, so doctors began prescribing library quiet for their patients.
Eventually, quiet, peaceful living became the new way of medicine.
"A trip to the library prevents a trip to the hospital," became the new slogan for The Health Industry. And so, like a major breakthrough in modern medicine, a library's code of quiet became the new unspoken way of the world.
Literally.
Well, a poet can dream.

Thanks for joining me.
Not such a far-fetched pipe dream to consider... our libraries are some of the healthiest places in The Country. A place to better yourself, for community to gather, a refuge from inclement weather, every item inside is as free as our people are supposed to be, and peace reigns supreme.
Yes, a good dose of library quiet will save The Internet. A respect for the inner lives of other readers is what's lacking most online.
Shock and awe distract; beauty builds and evolves.
Thanks for reading.
